"No two individuals are alike."
What Is A Performance Lifestyle Programme?
The Performance Lifestyle Programme works closely with coaches and support specialists as part of an integrated team to minimise potential concerns, conflicts and distractions, all of which can be detrimental to performance.

Educational Development + Career Development + Lifestyle Support = Athlete Performance, Learning & Growth

Optimise athlete welfare, well-being and ensure appropriate duty of care principles are maintained.
Influence and challenge the development and maintenance of high-performance behaviours for each athlete – collaborate with key stakeholders and support networks in the athlete's life.

Support athlete in managing their personal and professional development through various transitions, including entering, during and beyond their sporting career.
“I started working with Dai at the age of 16, when I was becoming overwhelmed and struggled to balance my schoolwork with all of my training for high performance soccer. He helped me with my goal setting, mindfulness, regulating my stress and other things that I was struggling with. I have recently accepted a place at Stanford University USA to study on a full soccer scholarship. I’m so lucky to have achieved the goals I set with Dai 2 to 3 years ago – it wouldn’t have happened without
his support. I can’t thank him enough.”
Liam Doyle (SIS Hong Kong, Stanford University)
“I have known both Dai and Sarah for a considerable number of years in professional and personal environments. They are both executive coach and mentor qualified with extensive experience across elite sport and business, delivering a complete Performance Lifestyle philosophy.
They provide exceptional people management and people development skills with a track record providing support and knowledge to clients (players) future, past and present with integral competence, empathy, awareness and resource on a wide range of key areas including, empowering individuals, building social and professional confidence, facilitating team dynamics and culture, developing leaders, dealing with work and personal stress as well as advising on transitions and lifestyle development. They undertake this with a great amount of integrity, through building ongoing relationships and by remaining adaptable and non-judgmental in understanding the specific needs of everyone they work with. As a fellow practitioner in the field of Performance Lifestyle I would have no hesitation in endorsing their work to others”.
