Wellbeing in the Workplace - The Workshop Series, Mentoring & Training
Our Leadership & Coaching Philosophy
Our leadership and coaching philosophy is to inspire and motivate individuals through emotional awareness, together with an empathetic understanding of ourselves and others around us. Through our core values of Love, Trust, and Moral Courage we aim to create a happy and psychologically safe space where people can realise their vision with a sense of belonging and purpose. We measure our team success through our established trademark behaviors towards our clients and each other.
What is Coaching?
Coaching is a meaningful conversation that facilitates a journey of self-reflection and self-exploration to bring about positive change in life. As a Coach, I will provide the help and support for the coachee to explore and find their own solutions and experience transformational change.

It enables you to: share authentically, explore your emotions in a safe and trusted environment with no judgement, gain clarity, identify what is important to you, create your vision (goals) and identify the purposeful behaviors required to follow your path, uncover what may be holding you back and open your “blind spots”.
This could involve a journey of discovery:

Who am I? What drives me?
What brings me balance and joy in my life?
What are the key elements to success and happiness in my career?
"It is a "forward-looking" conversation to help and support you to take steps towards the person you really want to be."

What is Mentoring?
Mentoring uses the same framework, skills and tools within the Coaching Process. However, the relationship between the mentor and mentee is different to that developed between a coach and coachee. As a mentor I am more ‘directive’ and provide specific advice and guidance where appropriate. I will draw on my personal experience, roles and journey to advise and support each mentee.

"Mentoring is a means of providing support, challenge and extension of the learning of one person through the guidance of another who is skilled, knowledgeable and experienced, particularly in relation to the context in which the learning is taking place."

“From our first session Dai really helped me think about what it was I wanted to focus on, helping me to identify areas for growth and consequently giving me greater clarity, helping me focus on the things that really mattered to me. His knowledge, experience and professionalism combined with his unique coaching skill set has impacted my life in way that I will be forever grateful for. Dai is someone who has genuinely done the work himself, which makes his work so powerful."

“I first met Dai when I was based in Hong Kong and struggling with developing a relationship with my long-distance girlfriend based in the USA. Dai helped me established a clear vision in both my personal and professional life. Over six months he raised my emotional self-awareness and gave me strategies to help develop both mine and my girlfriend’s long-distance relationship. Dai helped me develop a business planning strategy, I have now realised my vision. I am currently engaged and living with my girlfriend in LA having established a consultancy that services accounts in both USA and Canada.”
